Hard Floor Cleaning & Maintenance:
Whether you have either a wooden, Marble, stone or vinyl flooring
we have a machine that will enhance and maintain these surfaces.
Getting the right equipment for maintaining a floor surface is
critical in ensuring the longevity of the surface shine together
with the right cleaning and polishing agent for a non slip finish.
From completely stripping, sanding or scarifying we can start
from fresh or maintain existing finishes. Once back to the original
finish it is important to apply the correct sealer or varnish
to increase the life span of the finish. Contact us for any advice

Childrens Play Area Ball Cleaning:
Our Ball Pit & Pond cleaning machine is the the next generation
machine and is far more compact and efficient and scrubs and sanitizes
the balls more effectively and offers a very cost effective way
to clean and sanitize any size of play pit.
We remove all of the balls and vacuum the bottom of the play
pit before replacing the balls. Our machine can handle 12000 balls
per hour and so we can give cost effective service to all size
pits.

Carpet Cleaning:
In the late seventies a company called Trewax International imported
a new innovation in carpet cleaning "The Hydro-mist extraction
system". Up until this point the only options available to
clean your carpet were to lift and beat them or take them to a
large laundry or foam clean them. The first two methods were very
time consuming and produced little results. The foam cleaning
method left the carpet full of sticky detergent that attracted
dirt particles in a matter of weeks.
Having seen a demonstration of the new Hydro mist extraction system
Goldstar recognised a niche in the carpet cleaning market. We
invested in two machines that were, we believe, the first in Kent.
Our major problem was persuading customers that this magical type
system actually worked and was far more beneficial to the carpet
than foam. Once a customer’s friends and neighbours saw
the results work started to flood in. Goldstar was leading the
field in carpet cleaning for some time but unfortunately some
new traders didn’t value training as highly as we did and
some rather nasty results ensued. At the time this reminded us
to offer many services not just the one.
Following many successful years carpet cleaning we employed our
present day specialist Steve some 18 years ago. With a wealth

Builders Cleans
We carry out builders cleans as specified by the client.
The clean includes but is not limited to:-
- Removing all rubbish from designated areas
- Remove all surplus cement, plaster, paint, and grease marks
on paintwork, walls, tiles, floors, cupboards.
- Remove all labelling from fixtures and fittings.
- Clean all windows, window frames, and window sills.
- Clean all skirting and wash the doors, fittings and glass.
- Clean all sockets, switches & lighting (if required)
- Clean kitchen appliances, oven, fridge, microwavess etc.
- Clean room cupboards inside and out.
- Wash tiles, baths, shower screens, and basins in the bathrooms.
- Sweep and wipe down all the walls and ceilings.
- Wash and clean all shelving units.
- Vacuum and mop clean all floors and stairs
- Clean all windows, glass doors, mirrors.
- We can also supply strip n seal to floors as required.
