END OF TENANCY CLEANING
The End of Tenancy Clean consists of the following: Deep
cleaning all woodwork (doors, frames, skirting, rails etc),
sanitising clean to bathrooms, and kitchen including de-scaling
and de-greasing, deep cleaning all available and accessible
surfaces including inside empty cupboards and units, cleaning
all fixtures and fittings, cleaning glazing and framework
to internal windows, vacuuming carpets and vacuuming and mopping
hard floors. Fridge external fronts and sides are included.
Carpet Cleaning can be carried out at discounted costs when
booked and carried out at the same time as an End of Tenancy
Clean.
The cost of the End of Tenancy Clean varies slightly according
to the size and factors such as number of bathrooms, reception
rooms and other areas such as conservatories, basements and
attic rooms. The guideline costs are based on empty properties
left in reasonable condition. If a property is left in a particularly
bad condition and/or requires waste/possession/furniture removal
this can be done; but additional costs will be charged.
If you have requirements beyond the standard cleaning; such
as external work; weeding, lawn mowing, and hedge cutting,
replacing light bulbs, and any other property maintenance,
we can certainly build that into quotes at competitive rates.
We can also carryout basic building maintenance, repairs and
re-decoration.
