We provide all end of tenancy & lettings clearance work in the South east of England. Not all the work we do is as bad as the photos show but sometimes they are. No job is out of our brief.

The work is carried out by a team of professional cleaning staff who have been trained with the best in systems and cleaning equipment. We provide all the chemicals and equipment.

Our "end of tenancy cleaning" service is second to none and we will provide everything from window cleaning to carpet cleaning to bring your property back up to standard.

If you require professional end of tenancy deep-cleaning in specific rooms of your property or the whole of the property, we can provide the professional cleaning team for this task. With have a lot of experience in end of tenancy and property cleans & we have the knowledge and expertise to take on any cleaning job.

The cost of cleaning varies slightly according to the size and other factors including the number of bathrooms, reception rooms and other areas such as conservatories, basements and attic rooms. Our guideline costs can be adjusted for any empty properties left in any condition. If a property is left in a particularly bad condition and/or requires waste/possession/furniture removal this can be done.

We can also provide additional services including garden weeding, lawn mowing, and hedge cutting, replacing light bulbs, and any other property maintenance.
